Hotel Numbi and Garden Suites forms part of the Hazyview Hospitality Group and is referred to as a “Hotel”

1. The Laws of the Republic of South Africa shall, in all respects, govern this agreement.

2. Reservations Procedure:

3. Single Supplement:

A single supplement rate applies at this Hotel

4. Rates:

Rates quoted are in SA Rand currency. Specific rates selected during the reservation procedure will be applicable and the rate quoted includes all tourism levies and VAT. Hotel Numbi and Garden Suites reserves the right to amend rates & terms without prior notice

5. Rate exclusions:

Meals not quoted as inclusive in the rate are excluded as well as all extras of a personal nature

6. Check-In/Check-out Time:

Check-in: 14h00 on day of arrival Check-out: 10h00 on day of departure (Earlier arrival and departure times can be arranged prior to arrival)

7. Group bookings:

In the event of a reservation being made for 10 rooms or more for the same period, at the same property, this will be classified as a group reservation for which separate terms apply. (Terms and Conditions are provided in a contract on a one-on-one basis)

8. Provisional bookings:

All reservations are regarded and treated as “Provisional bookings” until a deposit is received and confirmed by the Hotel. Correspondence will be forwarded to request a deposit payment, confirmation of the rate quoted as well as the arrival and departure dates for the reservation.

9. Deposit/Payment Policy:

Reservations will only be confirmed once a deposit is received. - 50% deposit will be required if booked 2 or more days prior to arrival -100% deposit will be required if booked 1 day prior to arrival. - Foreign exchange fees are carried by the guest -Credit card, Debit card, EFT, SWIFT are considered acceptable forms of payment

10. Cancellation policy:

(Current until 31 October 2024) - No deposit will be refunded for non-arrival and cancellation received within 24 hours prior to arrival - Deposits will only be refunded on receipt of written cancellation by email - Once a reservation is cancelled, 90% of the deposit will be refunded within 30 days after receipt of written cancellation. - Cancellation fee of 10% for administration costs is charged
